We are not a large private equity firm; we are operators looking to transition businesses responsibly and support them through professionalized management and technology-enabled growth.

We look for established service businesses where strong fundamentals can be enhanced through better systems, better processes, stronger reporting, and disciplined ownership.

We are open to SBA financing, seller financing, conventional acquisition financing, and other reasonable transaction structures depending on the business, seller goals, and lender fit.
